1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website operated by ATX Limousines (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and the chauffeur, limousine, and ground transportation services we provide in Austin, Texas. By submitting a reservation request, creating a quote, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Reservations & Quotes

Quotes generated on this site are estimates based on the information you provide and current published rates. A reservation is confirmed only after our team verifies vehicle availability and sends you a written confirmation by email or SMS. Pricing is subject to change for itinerary modifications, additional stops, wait time, tolls, and after-hours surcharges.

3. Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, no-shows, and last-minute itinerary changes may be subject to a charge of up to the full reservation amount. Special event, multi-vehicle, and stretch limousine bookings may have extended cancellation windows, which will be disclosed at the time of booking.

4. Conduct & Vehicle Care

Passengers agree to comply with all applicable laws while in our vehicles. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Damage caused by passengers, including stains, burns, broken fixtures, or excessive cleaning needs, may be billed to the responsible party at standard repair and detailing rates. Our chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse or terminate service for unsafe or unlawful conduct.

5. Liability & Delays

We are committed to on-time service but are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical failure, road closures, flight changes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability for any claim related to a reservation is limited to the amount paid for that reservation.

6. SMS & Communications

By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us about your reservation, including quote confirmations, driver updates, and pickup notifications. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For details on how we handle your personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
